Our Approach

Our approach to training is different from other organizations. First we try to understand the needs of the people who are trying to get the training, assess their skill set and knowledge before getting into details. We start from basics of how IT project are handles, different software methodologies, different teams that work in project, and project execution approach that companies follow.

We share our course curriculum with the team, make any necessary changes required based on the teams ability and needs. We make sure each and every person is following the training, and make sure they are executing the examples given. Have a question and answer session at the begging and at the end of the session.
